6 T Dutch cocoa*
5 T sugar
pinch salt
1 c water
3 c milk
1 t vanilla
¼ c half and half*
In a heavy sauce pan, stir
together cocoa, sugar, salt, and water. Whisk over low heat for about two
minutes. Add milk and cook over medium low heat until little bubbles form
around the rim of the pan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cream.
