24 spears) (rinse and remove tough ends)
salt
lemon pepper
3 T butter, melted
Place asparagus in one or
two layers in baking dish. Drizzle on butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 300º.
Yield: 4 servings
